DIRECTIONS:
- Apply to clean and dry foot.
- Trim tubes to fit any size or shape needed (picture instruction sheet included in every box)
- The foam tubes can be cut to desired length for proper fit or shaped into toe protectors, nail guards, bunion shields, corn or hammertoe protectors
- Remove cushion at least 3 to 4 hours daily to allow the skin to breathe
