Orders placed online will ship within 2 business days. Most orders will arrive within 2-3 business days.
For orders of medical supplies placed online, the following flat rate standard shipping and handling rates apply:

*Applies to online orders for medical supplies. Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO Only. Excludes drop-shipped, special-ordered items and expedited or overnight shipping.
Expedited and overnight shipping is available at an additional cost. Next Day Air orders must be placed before 3:00 EST.
International orders available for Canada only and are shipped USPS Priority International mail for $24.95 shipping & handling.

Return Policy
Dr. Jill's Foot Pads is committed to providing you with quality merchandise.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being accepted. Please call Customer Service at 1.866.FOOTPAD for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Dr. Jill's Foot Pads can not issue credit or replace merchandise without an RMA number.
Returned Merchandise Conditions:
Defective merchandise, may be returned for replacement or credit. Dr. Jill’s Foot Pads will pay return shipping costs if deem necessary. Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
Non-defective, in-stock merchandise may be returned for full credit minus all shipping and order processing fees, which are not refundable, within thirty (30) days of invoice date. In-stock merchandise returned within 31-60 days from invoice date will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must also be in original, unmarked packaging and in resalable condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be accepted for return, items must be UNUSED in the original purchase condition including the original packaging, documentation, manuals/inspections and all parts and accessories. All packaging must be unmarked, and not defaced in any way. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee, qualify for a store credit, or be sent back to you with no refund issued.
Drop-shipped merchandise and special-ordered merchandise may be returned for replacement or credit based on the manufacturer's return policy. There will be a 20% handling fee, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Merchandise returned for credit over sixty (60) days past invoice date will not be accepted for credit or merchandise replacement.
Discontinued or Closeout merchandise will not be accepted.
Please allow 15 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. After your merchandise is accepted for refund, a credit for the purchase price will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.
