Dr. Jill’s Foot Pads, Inc was founded by Dr. Jill Scheur in 2001 who is a Podiatrist with a dream and a vision of helping patients feet become more comfortable. It all began with our Pre-Packaged Foot Pad Program.
This In-office dispensing program was a perfect match for Podiatrists and their patients. This set up provides patients with a comfortable, quality pad at a lower price and higher pad quantity than other brands on the market. It also allows doctors in increase their office revenues by dispensing the pad packs right out of their office and makes it nice for the patients because they don’t have to make another stop. As our business began to grow and more and more doctors began our in-office dispensing....they questioned: Can we also purchase our bulk pads and rolls used during treatments as well? After many requests for bulk pads, since we had the capabilities we launched our “Treatment Room Bulk Pads”, making Dr. Jill’s Foot Pads your Complete Foot Pad Source for Felts, Foams, Moleskin and Gels.
Being a Podiatrist, Dr. Jill felt a strong need to provide patients with quality foot pads at low prices. “I also felt the need to help other podiatrists increase revenues for their practice and save money on their everyday padding they use on their patients”, says Dr. Jill Scheur.
Jill and Jay met “again” in 2000 at Jay’s youngest brothers wedding. They had always known each other “existed” because their mothers were best friends for 50 years. Since Jay lived in Buffalo, NY and Jill was living and practicing podiatry in the Boca Raton, Florida area, they never saw each other - only their parents got together occasionally but talked on the phone almost every day......until the met again in 2000 at the wedding.
Jill and Jay were both born in Buffalo, NY but Jill moved to Florida with her family when she was 9 years old and of course never kept in touch with Jay, but their parents always kept in touch.
Jill and Jay were married in 2001 and began Dr. Jill’s Foot Pads together.
Jill moved up to Buffalo,NY when she got married to Jay and while she was studying for her NY Podiatry License she began Dr. Jill’s Foot Pads. The business kept her so busy that she did not practice in NY.
The business was moved when it was 6 years old to Deerfield Beach, Florida where it was much warmer and also back in the same area where Jill could practice podiatry again in Florida and see the great
patients who really need her help in Deerfield Beach.
