Most returns are accepted. Please contact our office for return authorization first; returns must be requested and received within 30 days of the original invoice date. To be eligible for a refund or credit with no restocking fee, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, shelf-ready packaging. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
